WOW!!

Has it really already been a little over 7 weeks since Asa made his grand appearence? Time sure does fly. Asa is such a good baby. He hardly ever cries, he would sleep all night long IF I WOULD LET HIM!!! He is just  so wonderful. BUT let me tell you. Having a baby, after the loss of a baby is HARD, mentally. I have a hard time sleeping at night, because I constantly wake up to make sure he is still breathing, especially since he has breathing problems. I constantly worry that something is going to happen to him. I cry A LOT. Through each milestone, I think "I should have been able to do this with my Seth too". It is just HARD, but is SOOOOOO worth it. I love ALL of my babies soooo much. And even tho I don't get much sleep (because of me), I still ENJOY the midnight feedings, the 2 a.m. feedings. I love waking up at night to feed him. It makes me so happy that I am ABLE to do it, because I wasn't able to with Seth. I remember after I had Seth, and went home, I would awake in the night and just cry, because I should have been waking up to a newborn, not waking up to empty arms. I miss Seth sooo much, and how I wish he was still here with us, to enjoy HIS little brother... Emma just loves Asa, and talks about Seth all of the time. It makes me so happy that she still remembers him! I guess it helps that we talk about him all of the time to her! My life is CRAZY, but it is MY life and I LOVE IT!!!

Update/Seth's birthday...

Hey!! Sorry I have been so scarce lately..I have been busy..and TIRED lol.

I'll start off with Seth's birthday. It went as expected. It was hard, but was a great day. We spent some of the evening at the cemetery. We released a few balloons, and left a few balloons there at his grave. Emma sang happy birthday to him the WHOLE way to the cemetery. It was a day with just the family, as we wanted. Nothing big... We got lots og birthday wishes for him and Holly (Carleigh's mommy) even released a couple of balloons for him. THANKS Holly. It means alot to my family. That's about it for the birthday...

Now for baby updates and family updates...

We are doing great, and Matt made it through all of the layoffs Praise God!!! Emma is getting bigger and smarter everyday..She can be a total mess at times, but is my sweet little princess (or queen as she tells us) lol. She tells me that she is going to help feed Asa, change his diapers, and help give him a bath..but then turns around and tells me that I have to hold her, feed her, and change her diaper like a baby, because she isn't a big girl anymore, she is a baby too!!! lol. I am doing wonderful (just getting bigger by the second). It is hard to get comfy and sleep at night..so I don't get much rest, but it is ok. Asa will be here in no later than about 4 weeks (but I honestly think I will pop before then.) So who knows, it could be in a little as 2 or 3 weeks!!! I am getting so excited, and can;t wait for my little boy to be here!!!

Well that's about it. Thanks for reading and God Bless you all!!

Update on baby..and other things...

Hey! I hope this finds you all doing great!!!

To start off with, I finally have a date for my C-Section. My dcoctor will do it at 39 weeks, on May 20th..but I personally don;t think I will make it that long. He also said that the baby is getting BIG, so I guess after my next ultrasound, depending on hoe BIG he is, Dr. just might change his mind and do it sooner!!! lol.. but if not, just 7 short weeks to go.

Matt's company has had 3 big layoffs, but Thank God, Matt still has a job!!! This last one was 30 guys, I do believe. They are getting rid of the ones who have "bad attitudes", and that are slacking on their work. They have plenty of work, it just isn't started up yet. So as soon as they get the jobs started, some of the guys will get their jobs back. Matt works on service, and they have plenty of work, just the "big" jobs are kind of behing on starting other jobs.

Can you believe that in just 17 short days, We will be celebrating our little Seth's first birthday/angelversary???Man, time sure flies by!!

Well that's all for now..thanks for checking in!!!

God Bless,
